The Stranger in the woods tells the story of Christopher Knight, a hermiit who left everything he knew behind and went to live in a forrest in Maine. He Remained in there in his own splendid isolation for over 25 years.
True Story tells the distressing tale of Christian Longo. A man accused of the horrific murders of his wife and three young children fled the country and was arrested in Mexico, where he was pretending to be Michael Finkel, a reporter for The New York Times. True Story was made into a major motion picture starring Jonah Hill & James Franco. It is currently available on Netflix.

WE ROLLLLLIINNNNN!!!!! When it comes to boxing and MMA there is one man who has worked with the best of the best and and all the rest, Burt Watson.
Burt Watson has been a coordinator/baby sitter to the stars for over 30 years and in that time he has worked with Smokin' Joe Frazier, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, Mike Tyson, Riddick "Big Daddy" Bowe and in his 14 + years with the UFC he has worked with just about every fighter who has been talked about as a pound for pound best in the world.
We talk to Burt about his life and times at the top of the fight game, where he got his start and his latest venture with Alliance MMA.
But, before we got rollin with Burt we talked a little about a lot, including Mero making accusations about a rugby legend with no evidence or proof of it being true and Danny offers his more realistic reasoning on the matter.

This week the lads bring it all back home as they welcome another Borough legend to the podcast.
Ian Versey has been involved with Irish hip hop for over 10 years. As an emcee that has collaborated with a ton of people, Versey is a well versed veteran of the scene.
While the standard of hip hop in America has long been the bar, the UK's Grime scene has become more popular than ever and over the last few years Irish emceeing has found its real voice. Versey tells us about his start in Dublin's Temple Theatre all the way to now, where the music is a passion and creating has to be balanced with a 9-5 and a family.
Mero tries his best to get Danny to rap and we spend way to long talking about chippers and the now infamous Spice Burger Famine of 2009.

Darragh McDonald is a Paralympic gold medalist and World Champion swimmer. At the age of just 14 he qualified for the 2008 Beijing Paralympics where he took home a silver medal.
An unquestionably brilliant athlete, In 2015 Darragh called time on his swimming career aged just 21 after severing ties with Paralympics Ireland due to what he described as "years of broken deals."
For the first time since 2015, Darragh talks candidly and honestly about his experiences in and out of the pool.
